1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products purchased from Hilomo.xyz under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unused, and resellable condition.
  • The product is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must not be damaged, opened, or used.
  • For Fast Car Chargers, Qi Wireless Car Chargers, or USB Mains Chargers, the product must be in its original packaging.

Please note: Certain products may be subject to specific return restrictions due to hygiene or safety regulations.

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Order Information: Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return faster.

  5. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange. If the new item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If the new item costs less, we will issue a partial refund.
